What are your prices?

Prices vary per item.  We are willing to do our best to work with your budget if you are a non profit 501 C3 organization.

Can I get a rough idea of your standard pricing?

Yes!  Most furniture items range from $35-150/week.  Smaller hand props or set dressing items are typically $10-35/week.  Our working hospital bed has a $1000 minimum rental fee.  Electronics such as working computers, cell phones or ipads are $40-90/week and must be used with a case and screen protector.  We have dummies available at a lower cost for rehearsals.  We have the most reasonable pricing in Manhattan!

Do you have a minimum?

Our rental minimum is $150, but there can be exceptions for repeat renters or specific situations.

How can we pay?

We can take a credit card through Stripe which incurs a 5% credit card fee.  Fee free options for payment include zelle or cash.

Do you take a security deposit?

We may need a security deposit for larger rentals, electronics, first time renters, or high value items.  Zelle is the best method for security deposits.

When do I need to pay?

You must pay before you pick up your items. You must sign the rental agreement and agree to pay before we pull items for you.
