PROP & FURNITURE RENTALS

Our pricing is lower than any other prop rental house in the city!  Add the item to your cart and create an order and message us or put a note with your budget!  If there is no note you will receive our commercial pricing which is still lower than other rental houses, and very competitive. 

Most of the time we are willing to work within your budget, especially for non profit or small short term rentals, but we also can give bulk discounts for large orders! 

There are some exceptions to this depending on the item(s) you are hoping to rent.  We reserve the right to hold a security deposit or credit card information, which will be returned to you upon return of the items!  Please be advised, extensions of rentals are typically at full price unless arranged ahead of time.

Minimum order fees may apply, depending on the items and our availability.

All items are located in Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan.  You will need to schedule a specific time for pick up and return with us.  You can bring your own packing blankets or we can rent you some!  Please return items in boxes and packed properly with bubble, shrink wrap, etc.

Depending on your location, items, timing and availability, we may be able to offer delivery and/or pickup.  Delivery costs range from $60-600 and is curbside only.  For pickup, items must be packed and wrapped at time of scheduled pickup.

We ask that you give any change or cancellation notice 72 hours or more before pickup.  We are a small business run by two people who are very busy!  It requires extra work (and space!) to pull and reserve time for your order pickup, so if your items have already been pulled, there may be a cancellation/restocking fee for our time. 

Cancellation fees may range from 10% to 50%.  Short term rentals (under 1 month) is 100% non refundable within 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup.

If you need to reschedule your pickup or drop off, please give us as much advance notice as possible. 

If you need to return a prop early because it was cut from the show, we understand it happens!  We are happy to rent you something else instead!

Please contact us if you arrive early (or think you will!).  We will try our best to have your order ready early but cannot guarantee until your pickup time.

We all know there is traffic and delays in NYC!  Please account for that when scheduling your pickup time out of respect for our time.  Late fees starting at $20/ half hour may apply at any location if you arrive more than 30 minutes after your scheduled pickup time.
